Thanks, your Pro purchase went through

To turn Pro on, copy your license key, paste it into WA Folders and press Confirm license.

Activate Pro

1. Find your license key. Polar, our payment provider, emails a receipt to the address you used at checkout. Open the link in that email to see your purchase (Polar may send a one-time code to the same address first) and copy the license key. It starts with WAF-. The email comes from Polar, so check spam if it hasn't arrived in a few minutes.
2. Open WA Folders. In Chrome, click the WA Folders icon in the toolbar. If it isn't there, click the puzzle-piece icon and pin WA Folders.
3. Paste the key. Under I already paid, paste it into the box that says "License key from your purchase email (WAF-…)".
4. Press Confirm license. The first time, Chrome asks whether WA Folders may contact api.polar.sh to check the key. Allow it.
5. Done. The popup says "License granted. Pro is active on this device: no plan limits." If an open WhatsApp Web tab still shows a free-plan limit, reload that tab.

WA Folders can't switch Pro on by itself from this page. There is no WA Folders server to hand the key over, so the paste step is needed.

Don't have WA Folders in this Chrome yet? Add it from the Chrome Web Store, then follow the steps above.

If the key isn't working

• "That license key isn't active." Check that you copied the whole key, starting with WAF-, with no space before or after it.
• "WA Folders needs your OK to check the key with Polar." Press Confirm license again and allow the request Chrome shows.
• "Couldn't reach the license server." Check your internet connection and try again in a minute.
• No email after 15 minutes, or it still won't activate? Email toolshed+wafolders@mail.grokbot.com with the email address you paid with and the order reference above, if one is shown.

Good to know

• The license check sends your key only, never chat content. Your folders, notes and search index stay in Chrome on your computer. Privacy policy.
• Pro is a one-time payment. Nothing renews.
