Pro removes the daily limits in WA Folders and adds full-history search, whole-folder exports, a PIN lock and sync between your Chrome browsers. You pay once. There is no renewal and no trial.

Every plan has the same technical limits: Load whole chat stops at 20,000 messages, a folder export opens up to 100 chats, and voice notes over 15 minutes aren't transcribed.

What happens after you pay

  1. Polar emails a receipt to the address you used at checkout. The link in that email opens your purchase, where your license key is listed. It starts with WAF-.
  2. In Chrome, click the WA Folders icon in the toolbar. If you don't see it, click the puzzle-piece icon and pin WA Folders.
  3. Under I already paid, paste the key into the box and press Confirm license.
  4. The first time, Chrome asks whether WA Folders may contact api.polar.sh to check the key. Allow it.
  5. The popup says "License granted. Pro is active on this device: no plan limits."

WA Folders re-checks the key about every 3 days. The check sends the key only, never chat content. Full steps and fixes: activating Pro.
